Updated Privacy Policy – June 2022

We have updated the Car Next Door Member Agreement, Privacy Policy. The following is a summary of the key changes. It is provided for your convenience only, and may not describe every change that has been made. Please read the new version of the documents on our Terms of Use page. By continuing to use the service, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of the current Member Agreement and Policies (and Owner Agreement, if you have listed a car through the service).

GPS Data + Data Sharing and Disclosing Your Information 

If you take out a policy with a third-party insurer that’s partnered with us, with your consent, we will provide data relating to the start and end time of bookings and the distance travelled by your vehicle outside of Bookings.

Use of information

We may share photos and other information relating to a damaged vehicle with a third party who provides insurance or damage cover for the vehicle.
