Owners can respond to reviews left by borrowers. You can do this from your car's booking page on the website or the calendar on the app.
If you think a review was unfair, you can write a response. It'll show directly below the review.
How to respond to a borrower's review
- Log in to the website or app
- From the website, go to Cars > Manage this car > Bookings
- From the app, go to Cars and Bookings
- Select the booking that has the review
- Under their review, write your response and click Reply
To promote trust and transparency, we won't delete or edit reviews unless they violate our Review Policy.
