Any amounts we refund to you will be added to your Car Next Door available balance. You can use this towards your next trip or withdraw the funds back to your card.
If we need to refund you for a cancelled or shortened trip, or refund the balance of your deposit from your first trip, these funds will be refunded to your Car Next Door account as your 'available balance'. You can leave these funds in your account to use towards your next trip or plan fee, or withdraw them back to your card.
Withdrawing funds back to your card
- Log in to the website or app
- In the menu, select the 'Account' option
- You'll see your available balance displayed
- Click 'Manage'
- Click 'Withdraw balance' or 'Withdraw money'
- Allow 3-5 business days for the refund to be processed by the bank
Note: This function is only available to Borrowers. Owners will be paid their car's income directly into their bank account each month.
