A Borrower left something in my car

If you find something in your car that a Borrower has left behind, you can contact the Borrower directly to arrange for them to come and collect it. You can find the Borrower's contact details in the booking's details in the website or app, or in the confirmation email and SMS you received when the booking was made.

If you can't get in touch with the Borrower or you're not sure which Borrower the item belongs to, get in touch with us and let us know the last time you checked your car before finding the lost property. We'll get in touch with the previous Borrowers and ask them about it.
