Short answer:

You can see a review another member has left for you when both parties have left a review, or after 10 days since the booking ended. Select the trip in the website or app to see if the other party has left you a review.


To see reviews Owners have left for you:

  1. Log in to the website or app
  2. Click on 'Trips'
  3. Under 'Past trips', select the trip for which you'd like see the review
  4. Scroll to the bottom of the screen - if the Owner has left you a review, you'll see it here

Your reviews will display on your profile, which owners can see when you book their cars.


  1. Log in and go to Cars > Manage car > Bookings in the website or Cars > Bookings in the app
  2. Select the booking for which you'd like to see the review
  3. If the Borrower has left you a review, you'll see it here

Your car's reviews will display on its profile page.

  • I am replying to Andreas review of my Hyundai before judging my Hyundai just had the brakes replaced 6 weeks ago and a complete service and everything was and is in working order if you want proof of service I have receipt to prove it and by the way after I sent my review in I was told by my son where my Hyundai resides that it was left with mud and dirt inside in mats if I had of seen it before I sent my review Andrea would of got a thumbs down

  • This is a very strange comment given that I have no record of renting a Hyundai. If it is referring to the Skoda, it is clear from photos that the car was not in an immaculate condition when it was picked up. Hard to give credibility to someone who does not even know which car they own. Perhaps I’ve somehow received someone’s comment by mistake?
