What if a borrower picks the car up late?

Short answer:

Borrowers are charged from the time they booked the trip to start, not the time they pick up the car. The owner will be paid for the whole time of the booking.

If a borrower is late picking up your car and you would like to know whether they are going to use it, you can contact them and ask.

You'll find their contact details in the email and SMS you got when they made the booking, or by selecting the booking in your car's calendar in the app or website.
