Why did I get paid less than the 'credit' balance I saw online?

The 'current balance' in your account summary in the app or website shows a running balance of your earnings since your last invoice.

This is before your $60/monthly membership fee, fuel charges, personal tolls and any trips in other members' cars are deducted at the end of the month.

The final amount paid into your account at the end of the month will be less than the 'credit' amount you see here.

To see exactly which trips, payments or debits are included in this summary, log in to the website (not the App) and scroll down to the 'Account' section. Here you can download detailed PDF invoices from previous months, or view your transaction history since your last invoice.
