How do I find the car at the start of my booking?

Short answer:

Log in to the members' site or app within 15 minutes of your booking start time, and you'll be able to see the current location of the car so that you know exactly where to pick it up.

The site or app will be in 'trip mode', displaying all the step-by-step instructions you'll need for your trip. Select 'Step 1: Vehicle location' to see where the car is right now.

Important: Look closely at the pin on the map to get the car’s accurate location. The written street address you see is the closest one that Google Maps can find to the car’s location, but the car may be in a side street or laneway on the other side of the block.
