Our Featherweight plan is free, so instead of cancelling your account you can switch to Featherweight and keep your account open just in case you ever need a car again.

Switch to our free plan

Instead of cancelling your membership, we recommend that you change your rate plan to Featherweight. You won't pay any monthly fees, and you are only charged when you use the service. That way, you'll have the option of using a car whenever you need to, without the hassle of signing up again.

Unsubscribe from emails

If you want to stop receiving our emails, just click 'unsubscribe' in any of the emails you've received from us. 

Cancel your membership

If you wish to cancel your membership permanently:

  1. log in to Car Next Door website (not app)
  2. click on the menu in the top right corner of the screen
  3. select 'Account'

  4. Under the 'Account Summary' section, click 'Cancel membership'

Note: You'll need to be logged into the website to do this; you can't currently cancel your account through the app.

Deleting your personal information from our database

If you would also like us to remove all your personal information from our database, please see Requesting to have your personal information deleted from our system.

Reactivating your membership 

If you change your mind and would like to reactivate your membership, please email members@carnextdoor.com.au so we can review and reactivate your account.
