Your account will be verified within three business hours (9am to 6pm Sydney time, 7 days a week) of your completing all the steps to sign up. During really busy periods – like before a long weekend – it can take a bit longer.
If you made a trip request for a car or indicated that you need a car within 24 hours when you signed up, we'll verify your account within one business hour.
You'll receive an email and an SMS when your account has been verified.
If it's been more than three hours since you signed up
If it's been more than 3 business hours since you finished your account verification, please:
- make sure that you've signed up, completed all the steps to verify your account and used a valid email address (no typos) - you should receive a confirmation email as soon as you complete the steps to verify your account.
- check for any emails from Car Next Door requesting additional info – look in your spam or junk folder
- make sure you've submitted any additional info or responses that we have asked for
