Logging in and resetting your password

Short answer:

If you're having trouble logging in, make sure you're using the correct email address and password. If you've forgotten your password, you can reset it from the login screen by clicking 'Forgot password'.

Having trouble logging in?

  • Check you're using the email address associated with your Car Next Door account

  • Check you're using the right password and spelling it correctly (passwords are case sensitive)

  • Try logging in using your Google, Apple or Uber login details - if the email address in your Car Next Door account is the same as the email address in your Google, Apple or Uber account you'll be able to log in, even if you didn't use one of these methods to sign up

  • If you still can't log in, reset your password

Resetting your password

  1. From the login screen on the website or app, click 'Forgot password?'
  2. Enter the email address in your Car Next Door account
  3. Click 'Reset your password'

We'll send you an email to create a new password. It may take a few minutes for the email to arrive. Make sure you check your spam folder too.
