How do I log in or reset my password?

If you have clicked "Login" on our website and have not been able to log in, this may be because: 

1: You joined Car Next Door with a different email address

Try logging in again with another email address that you may have used. 

2: You're trying to use your Help Centre login to log in to Car Next Door's member site or app

The Help Centre (where you find answers to frequently asked questions and see the status of your tickets) uses a different login and password from the Car Next Door member site and app.

Make sure that you're not confusing the two logins. This screenshot shows the Help Centre log in page - if you have set a password here, you can't use it to log in to the Car Next Door members' site or app.

 2: You're using the wrong password

Check caps lock; make sure you're typing it correctly ... but if you all else fails, follow the prompts on the login screen to reset your password.
