Logging in and resetting your password

Short answer:

If you're having trouble logging in, make sure you're using the correct email address and password. If you've forgotten your password you can reset it from the log in screen.

If you have clicked 'Login' on our website or app and have not been able to log in, this may be because:

1: You joined Car Next Door with a different email address

Try logging in again with another email address that you may have used.

 2: You're using the wrong password

Check caps lock and make sure you're typing it correctly. If you still can't log in, follow the prompts on the login screen to reset your password.
