Logging in and resetting your password

Short answer:

If you're having trouble logging in, make sure you're using the correct email address and password. If you've forgotten your password you can reset it from the log in screen by clicking "forgot password".

If you have clicked 'Login' on our website or app and have not been able to log in, this may be because:

1: You joined Car Next Door with a different email address

Try logging in again with another email address that you may have used.

 2: You're using the wrong password

Check caps lock and make sure you're typing it correctly.

If you still can't log in, follow the prompts on the login screen to reset your password.

Resetting your password

From the log in screen on the website or app, click 'Forgot password?'. Enter the email address you used to join Car Next Door and click 'Reset your password'. We'll send you an email to create a new password. It may take a few minutes for the email to arrive. Make sure you check your spam folder too.
